Personal Software

Building your own tools with AI, and knowing when not to.

Why I write about it

I think personal software is the future, and you don't need to be an engineer to build it any more. I'm a designer by trade and I've built more than a dozen tools for my own life and work in the last year. They're the most useful software I own.

The best part is that your software changes the day you do. Start it on your own machine and most of the problems people worry about go away. I still buy plenty, and the question I keep asking is buy or vibe. Everything I've built is on the projects page.
